1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Joglo Translation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Joglo Translation offers professional language services, including but not limited to translation, editing, proofreading, desktop publishing (DTP), transcription, and localization across various formats and industries. Services may be provided by in-house linguists or certified freelance professionals under strict confidentiality.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete source materials and instructions.
• Ensure you have the legal right to use and submit the content.
• Review and approve completed work within a reasonable time frame.
• Make timely payments according to the agreed invoice or quotation.

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Project timelines will be agreed upon in writing before the project begins. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Joglo Translation shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, power outages, or late client responses).

5. Confidentiality

All materials provided to us will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, distribute, or reproduce any client content without prior written consent, except where required by law or for quality assurance under a non-disclosure agreement.

6. Revisions & Quality Assurance

We offer one (1) round of free revision per project if the request is submitted within 10 days of delivery. Additional revisions or changes not included in the original instructions may incur extra charges.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project quote or invoice. We accept payments via bank transfer, e-wallets, or secure payment gateways. Late payments may result in service delays or late fees.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains all rights to the translated content. Joglo Translation does not claim any ownership over the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Joglo Translation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data, unless caused by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Projects canceled by the client after confirmation are subject to a cancellation fee based on the work completed up to that point. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for justified claims.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

12. Updates to Terms

Joglo Translation reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
